Welcome Conciergerie — SASU Magnolia

🇫🇷 Version française

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions govern additional services offered by Welcome Conciergerie to guests staying in properties managed or serviced by the company. These services are optional and supplementary to accommodation.

Article 1 — Services offered

Services may include household linen, early check-in, late check-out, additional cleaning and baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, stroller, etc.). Descriptions, prices and any specific conditions are shown when ordering. All services are subject to availability.

Article 2 — Ordering, Payment and Invoicing

The order is validated upon confirmation and full payment, unless otherwise stated. Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of VAT (TTC) where VAT is applicable. The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of ordering. No service requiring prior payment shall be provided before settlement. An invoice may be requested by the Client from Welcome Conciergerie, which shall forward it in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Article 3 — Availability, cancellations and refunds

Services depend on availability and operational constraints. Early check-in and late check-out must be expressly confirmed by the Provider. Cancellation terms for each service are shown before ordering and remain subject to applicable law. If the Provider cannot supply a paid service, the amount paid for that service will be fully refunded unless the Customer accepts an equivalent alternative. Refunds following Customer cancellation or non-use depend on the stated conditions and applicable law.

Article 4 — Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded only where permitted by law, including certain accommodation or leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Other services remain subject to the applicable rules for distance contracts.

Article 5 — Household linen

Ordered linen is placed in the accommodation before arrival and supplied clean for the duration of the stay. It is for normal domestic use only; using it to clean floors, shoes or objects is prohibited. The Provider or its laundry service handles cleaning; guests must not wash the linen. All linen must be left in the accommodation at departure.

Loss or abnormal damage attributable to the Customer, including irreversible stains (blood, make-up, grease, wine, bleach, etc.), may result in a justified compensation claim limited to the actual loss. Normal wear and tear will not be charged.

These are indicative replacement prices. No item may be charged twice for the same loss or damage.

Article 6 — Baby equipment

Equipment is supplied subject to availability and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and safety rules. For safety reasons, no additional mattress is supplied or permitted in the travel cot. Equipment must be left in the accommodation at departure unless otherwise instructed. Loss or abnormal damage attributable to the Customer may result in a justified compensation claim.

Article 7 — Liability

The Provider will supply services as described. Liability is determined under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for consequences of misuse attributable to the Customer or force majeure.

Article 8 — Personal data

Personal data is used to process orders, arrange services and manage follow-up in accordance with the GDPR. Customers may exercise their rights by contacting the Provider using the details shown on the Guest Portal or website.

Article 9 — Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent to the Provider using the contact details on the Guest Portal. These Terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution. Where the legal requirements are met, consumers may use the competent consumer mediator free of charge; the mediator’s details must be provided in accordance with applicable law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes will be referred to the competent courts under applicable rules.

Article 10 — Acceptance

Placing an order confirms that the Customer has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
